This actually helps my skin texture a lot! Every time that I’d use it at night, the next day I can visibly see a huge difference in how bright my complexion is and it also helps to reduce my breakouts. I love this for the brightening affect it has on my skin and how well it smooths everything out. Though I will say, that this does still tingle my skin and may not be suitable for those with super sensitive skin that isn’t used to acids. I would recommend beginners to just try it once or twice a week instead of everyday so you don’t irritate your skin! As for how the 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 goes – I usually just drip some of it onto my hands then apply it on my face that way. Some may prefer to also use this with a cotton pad but I feel that would cause even more exfoliation for me so I don’t do this personally. 💧 The 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 is very thin, just like water, but is a beige/copper color. The bottle is also huge for the price you pay for, I’m sure it’ll last me a long time especially since I only use it every so often. I always make sure to follow up with a heavy moisturizer afterwards since this can be potentially be too much for the skin barrier, so it’s best to use a repairing and active free moisturizer. ✨ 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗹, I would recommend this to those who are used to using acids and know to be gentle with their skin barriers since this can be a bit strong for some. But it overall has worked amazingly on my skin texture and has helped with bringing more radiance to my skin! It also helps to lighten up my hyperpigmentation a bit gradually so I’m happy about that! ☀️

It’s difficult to review skin products because everyone has different skin – best case of YMMV.
That out of the way, I have regular small breakouts of pimples due to skin that gets dry too easily. I picked this up to start building up my skin care routine, and I was a bit afraid that it’d be too harsh/aggressive, particularly as I haven’t done much skin care until now so I kind of had to slowly get my skin used to it. Working it slowly over several weeks, going from once a week to twice a week to three times a week I can see very good results – pores are looking smaller, skin tone is even and feels and looks a lot better. I wasn’t blow away by it – but again, I’m not sure what to expect either.

I use the toner on my scalp before shampooing to keep.my scalp in good condition by eliminating dry skin and sebum build up. Works well and I have sensitive skin and scalp so happy with it.

This product is amazing for the little black pores on the nose, I’ve used it once and seen results the next morning. I highly recommend this if you want to get rid of those. It’s also such great value for money it’s quite a big bottle for the amount you pay which lasts quite a long time.

I wouldn’t use it in the morning as glycolic acid can make your skin sensitive to the sun, and always wear sunscreen whenever using this product

This stuff is lovely. I used to use MD Formulations, so am bit of a glycolic veteran. With Ordinary, there wasno tingle, not even straight after washing and cleansing. Just a nice, dewy-fresh feeling that stayed with me til morning. I use it at night and it’s now a staple in my nightly routine.
