The Gua Sha is an ancient beauty tool that helps lift & contour the face, relieve facial and jaw tension, and promote a brighter complexion through lymphatic drainage.
HOW TO USE
Use the gua sha tool 2-3 times per week (or really, whenever you feel like giving your face some extra love), after cleansing and moisturizing your skin.
1) Apply a facial oil, to seal in moisture and help the Gua Sha glide, on your face, neck, and chest.
2) Using the flat edge of the gua sha, lightly press and drag in long sweeping motions, upwards from your eyebrows to your hairline, across your forehead.
3) Next, still using the flat edge, drag the tool outward on your cheeks, from the crease of the nose to the ear.
4) Last, use the toothed edge to hug the jawline, dragging from the chin back towards your ears. This feels really nice to relieve any jaw tension!
